Is hearing really believing?!

After listening to “Hearing is believing” once, I had to go back and replay it a few times. I found it hard to grasp at first because there was nothing to look at, just the media player screen. I tried paying attention to what was being said but I think the music and sounds were just distracting. Anyways, after I listened to it a second time I understood the message. I liked the part where it said things said out loud have different interpretations then a text or email. When you read a text or email you just assume the tone the person is using and assume that’s what they mean, vs. speaking to someone in person. I think hearing believes because so many people connect through music. Every time I hear a song I relate it back to something that has happen to me. Deep lyrics that relate to me are commonly my favorite. But then again I like songs that simply have a catchy beat. I’ve looked up some song lyrics of songs I like and they turn out not to be that good, but the beat is awesome. I think that song that was outlawed had no reason to be outlawed. It didn’t sound dirty or dangerous at all. I’d like to see the radio stations back then here the rap songs popular now, and see what they think of that! I liked the radio advertiser’s argument..because the radio gives your imagination freedom. By just hearing the descriptors you paint a perfect picture in your head of a lake filled with hit chocolate..yum!

That really speaks to your preferred learning style; you could even talk about this in your essay.
