Cyberstuff Stuff

I feel as though the internet is a nice place to stay and/or hang out, but not a good place to stay. Lets be honest, yes the thought of always being around your friends thanks to the wonderful means of skype and facebook and twitter are nothing short of great, but ask yourself this, do you really want to always be seen by everyone? No matter if its a wall post or a comment, little things likt this everyone an see, whether they are a friend or not. And in the end do you really want to live in a place where you dont even feel safe?

In life we have protection suh as locks on our doors and safes to store valuable information, who's to say that if we live online a burglar (hacker) wont steal it from us without our knowing? The thought of having unlimitied potential to do whatever whenever may be nothing short of great for most, but for some others it can also be overwhelming. Someone like me only uses the internet for so much and after that i rarely use it as much as others may.

On the positive side, it would be a very convenient place to stay. Your always able to do whatever at a moments notice, You an always keep in contact with close friends in case you need them, and you are always free at a moments notice to help if help is needed. Some may feel isolated because they have very few friends who are always online, but others may have countless amounts of friends from next door neighbors, to new york buddies. In the end, the internet is a place that keeps people connected, but i dont think it should be a place to stay in for an extended amount of time.
