nice place to live?

All of the virtual communities are connected by people with common interests or wanting to meet more people. In my opinion i think that facebook is a great place but wouldn't be where i wanna stay. It is nice to get on there for a few minutes but then when you stay on there for hours it becomes not such a great place. It sidetracks you from things you could be doing or going out to do something rather than just sitting on the computer. Chat rooms are not a good place to be because you don't really know who you are talking to and if one thing leads to another you could be in danger somehow. They all share a sense of connection because you are talking to people and could be sharing ideas and what not. The Internet is really not a nice place to stay because it keeps you in from doing things that are more worth your time. It is all kind of pointless to get on these things because it doesn't better you or help you with anything. Twitter is just dumb! You just write on there what you are doing all the time. if you just sit on there all day then you are reading about what other people are doing and i dont know how that could be fun. I just think the Internet is a good place to visit but not stay.
