Cyberspace as place

I would not consider the internet to be a nice place to stay by looking at the picture. First off, it's in the city, so it's a very busy place and second, it looks like a run down area so if you really lived there, it would not be a nice place. Thinking about the internet, I still don't think virtual communities are a very nice place. They can be if you monitor them and make sure to not get yourself involved with some negative things. A lot of trouble starts on the internet and it causes a lot of problems.
If I were to describe what the internet would physically looks like, I think I would describe it a lot like how the picture looks. It's a big place but it's not very classy. There are a lot of bad things that start on the internet and they spread faster than the word of mouth. I think that the internet is also a way to connect people because I have a Facebook and I keep in contact with a lot of my friends that way. But I think that if you don't watch what you're doing and who you're talking to then it can be a very bad place to be in.
In my opinion, everyone would be much better off if there were no virtual communities. They just cause trouble that could have been avoided. But the thing that I think is the worst is that they are completely covered in viruses so nowadays, you can't even prevent from getting a virus just from getting on Myspace or Facebook. So I think that just from that fact, the internet is not a nice place.
