Is Google making us stupid...

1. I thnk when Carr says tht his mind is changing, he means tht te way his mind takes in information is changing. he uses he example of hw he used to be able to gt into a good book and nw it is harder for him. I thnk this means for him tht he is so used to the internet summarizing and bring in info more quickly tht the lengthiness and long reads of a book, are as interesting anymore.

2. One benefit of the internet tht Carr mentions is research. He state tht research papers and projects tht could takes weeks of bookwork to find out, can nw easily be sereached in Google and the info you will every need frm a book, appears right before you in various links.

3. A medium can shape its users in the sense tht it can change thier total out look on the way they do things. for example it can change hw you expect thing to wrok (like reading a book).

4. I thnk Carr is afraid tht google can give a sense of false intellegence in a way.??
