Obama's Edits

I don't really know why he made the changes that he did. I guess he thought that it would put him on a more personal level with the audiance. When he says that "congress stood fast, and we are all the better for it". In this he is obviously talking to the people of america, giving them his point of view on the situation. Threwout all the edits you can tell that Obama is putting his opnion into the speech, but I am really not sure what he is trying to say. I don't really follow polotics or anything like that so I am not with the loop as they say. It seems to me that he is trying to get americans to see his point of view with these edits.
